Pedicabs, only operating in the centre are more expensive than regular cabs, but more environmentally friendly

Those hiring a car should look out for parking rules; parking is not widely available and is often expensive. Furthermore in the central areas parking between 3am and 6am is not allowed on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
